## Digital Delivery & Instant Access Policy

### 1. Immediate Digital Delivery

Luminous Invites operates an entirely paperless, instant-fulfillment automated engine. We do not ship physical products, paper invitations, or printed materials.

The exact second your transaction clears at checkout, our system triggers an automated delivery webhook to serve your digital assets. You will receive an automated order confirmation email containing a secure download link to an access PDF. This PDF contains your exclusive, unique Canva template access links, mobile editing instructions, and custom guest setup guides.

### 2. No Shipping Fees or Delivery Delays

Because all items are delivered via digital automation, your order is subject to:

* £0.00 Shipping & Handling Fees: There are no hidden delivery costs or international carrier surcharges.
* Zero Courier Friction: You will never experience delivery delays, lost packages, or high physical postage fees.

### 3. All Sales Are Strictly Final

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our assets, Luminous Invites maintains a strict non-refundable policy.

Once download access keys or template permissions have been transmitted to your email address, the digital asset is considered fully delivered, consumed, and non-returnable. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including:

* A change of mind regarding event aesthetics or themes.
* Accidental purchases of a specific design variation.
* A failure to read the product description stating that this is a digital template.

By completing your purchase at checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to a cancellation period or refund under digital consumer distribution laws.

### 4. Direct Gateway & Chargeback Protection

Our technical infrastructure tracks and logs the exact timestamp, IP address, and delivery confirmation webhook of your digital download file. This tracking data is automatically recorded.

In the event of an unauthorized payment dispute or unverified “item not received” claim, Luminous Invites will automatically submit these server access logs directly to the merchant banking processor or credit card gateway. Unfounded dispute attempts will be treated as fraudulent activity, and user access keys to the Canva templates will be instantly revoked.

### 5. Technical Requirements & Accessibility

All Luminous Invites design templates are custom-engineered to be opened and edited using a 100% Free Canva account.

* No Premium Subscriptions Required: You do not need a Canva Pro subscription or high-end technical design software to modify your layouts.
* User Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a free Canva account to access and edit their purchased files.

If you experience any technical delivery issues or do not receive your secure access email within 5 minutes of checkout, please do not open a payment dispute.
