DIGITAL ARTIFACT LICENSE & TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

This Legal Notice governs the purchase, delivery, and utilization of all digital assets, cinema-grade 3D video invitation templates, and responsive micro-site frameworks (collectively referred to as "Digital Products") engineered and distributed by Luminous Invites ("the Company") via luminousinvites.com and its associated marketplace nodes.

By completing a transaction and accessing the secure delivery file webhook, you ("the Licensee") agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.

1. DIGITAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

All proprietary design logic, underlying code structures, native Shopify Liquid configurations, 3D motion renderings, typography architectures, and custom visual layers embedded within the templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Luminous Invites. The structural assets are permanently hosted on secure servers and protected under international copyright and digital asset replication laws.

2. INTENT & SCOPE OF LICENSING

Purchase of a Digital Product grants the Licensee a restricted, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable operational license under the following distinct classification frameworks:

  • B2C Retail Licenses (£25 Per Unit): Valid strictly for single-event execution or personal celebration deployment. Redistribution, commercial sub-licensing, or public publication of the raw backend Canva workspace links is strictly prohibited.

  • B2B Portfolio Bundle Licenses (£175 One-Time): Grants working coordinators or independent planners a license to deploy the pre-built regional and cultural layouts within their immediate studio portfolio for a single client cohort per transaction.

  • All-Access Annual Pass Subscription (£399/Year Recurring): Grants registered planners a universal license to utilize the full 108-listing catalog and future template drops across unlimited client cohorts concurrently throughout the active subscription cycle.

3. ANTI-PIRACY & TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee shall not reverse-engineer, duplicate, redistribute, repackage, or resell the master link infrastructure, access PDFs, design tokens, or underlying code frameworks. Any unauthorized distribution of raw template access URLs or conversion of digital assets into unauthorized commercial print-on-demand variants will result in immediate revocation of the license, termination of access webhooks, and legal escalation for intellectual property infringement.

4. CRITICAL DIGITAL FULFILLMENT & REFUND EXCLUSIONS

Luminous Invites operates entirely on a zero-marginal-cost digital asset replication and instant delivery model.

  • All Sales Are Final: Because the secure delivery access PDF files are rendered instantly available to the primary user profile upon the execution of a successful checkout webhook, the Company cannot enforce product reclamation.

  • No Refunds: Consequently, all digital transactions are strictly non-refundable and exempt from standard consumer cooling-off periods once the download transaction loop has been initiated.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Digital Products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for personalization within the Canva infrastructure. Luminous Invites retains zero manual liability or operational constraint regarding third-party platform downtime, individual technical skill variances of end-consumers, or structural modifications executed outside our hard-coded environment.
