  • Canva Access: All personalization is executed via the Canva platform. You only require a completely free, standard Canva account to customize your event details—a paid Canva Pro subscription is not required for basic personalization.

  • Distribution: Once you export your high-definition video invitation or responsive micro-site link from the workspace, your asset is fully mobile-ready. You can instantly distribute it to an unlimited number of guest viewports via WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, email, or any modern messaging platform.

4. Download Failures & Technical Support

If you experience an unexpected local network disruption, fail to receive your transactional receipt email within 5 minutes, or require an updated file mapping link, please contact our support desk immediately at support@luminousinvites.com. Our virtual operations team will manually cross-reference your order SKU and verify your transaction data to re-issue your secure access links.

5. Digital Licensing & Abuse Protection

By completing your purchase, you agree to our strict Single-Use Digital Licensing terms. Each purchased template link is legally restricted to the personal execution of a single celebration event or single-client use case. Programmatic file replication, scraping, bulk reselling, or unauthorized commercial redistribution of our 3D frames and underlying design tokens is strictly prohibited and protected via active digital licensing tracking protocols.
